About us and our values
Meet the professionals behind Nordisk Psykiatri in Copenhagen. We offer psychiatric and psychological assessment and treatment for adults, including assessment for ADHD and autism. Consultations are offered in Danish, English and Swedish, with a focus on thorough and coherent care where the person and their complexity are always at the centre.
THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE CLINIC
Meet Martin and Felix
Nordisk Psykiatri is run by clinical psychologist Felix Klich and Martin Bergholtz, doctor in psychiatry. With different professional backgrounds, we work together on the assessment and treatment of ADHD, autism and other psychiatric difficulties in adults, among other things. The clinic also has a psychiatrist (specialist in psychiatry) affiliated as an external consultant, who provides ongoing professional supervision.
FELIX ENGHOFF KLICH
Clinical psychologist
Felix is an authorised psychologist working with the assessment and treatment of adults. He has experience from his own psychology practice as well as from positions at a private clinic and a private hospital, and works particularly with ADHD and autism as well as difficulties such as OCD and anxiety.
In assessment work, Felix emphasises thoroughness, clarity and a nuanced understanding of the individual. Symptoms are not seen in isolation, but in the context of developmental history, everyday functioning and the person's overall life situation, among other things. The aim is for the assessment not only to provide diagnostic clarity, but also to give an understandable and useful description of the individual's strengths and challenges. In therapeutic work, Felix primarily draws on a psychodynamic framework and adapts the treatment to the individual and the current difficulty.
MARTIN BERGHOLTZ
Doctor in specialist training in psychiatry
Martin is in the final stage of his specialist training in psychiatry, which he completes in March 2027, when he becomes a psychiatrist. Since receiving his medical authorisation in 2018, he has built broad clinical experience in psychiatry, including with depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, personality disorders and substance use problems.
In recent years, Martin has focused in particular on psychiatric assessment and the medical evaluation and treatment of ADHD and ADD in adults. His experience includes both a private psychiatric clinic and a private psychiatric hospital. In treatment, Martin emphasises thorough and holistic evaluations, where the choice and adjustment of medical treatment are based on each patient's symptoms, needs and overall clinical picture.
Martin carries out psychiatric assessment and medical treatment with ongoing supervision from a specialist in psychiatry who is affiliated with the clinic as an external consultant.

About Nordisk Psykiatri
Nordisk Psykiatri was founded by Felix Klich and Martin Bergholtz, who – as a psychologist and a doctor in psychiatry respectively – have experience from both public and private psychiatry. Through our work we have seen how much difference it makes when psychological and psychiatric perspectives are considered together – and how easily care can become fragmented when assessment and treatment take place separately.
That is why we wanted to create a clinic with high professional standards, close collaboration and time for each individual. At Nordisk Psykiatri we offer psychiatric assessment and treatment for adults in Copenhagen, with a focus on continuity from the first consultation to assessment, treatment and follow-up.
Coherent psychiatric care
Our aim is to offer thorough and coherent psychiatric assessment and treatment. Our psychologist and doctor work closely together, so you experience continuity and a clear direction throughout your care.
We help adults with ADHD, autism, anxiety, OCD, PTSD and other mental health difficulties, among other things. The goal is not only to clarify a possible diagnosis or reduce symptoms, but also to build a better understanding of your difficulties and find a treatment that makes sense in your everyday life.

At Nordisk Psykiatri, quality and patient safety form the cornerstone of every patient pathway. We are a registered healthcare provider supervised by the Danish Patient Safety Authority and operate in strict compliance with current legislation regarding licensing, medical records, confidentiality, and patient rights.
All our clinicians are certified healthcare professionals with the required clinical credentials, verifiable through the official Register of Authorized Healthcare Professionals.
We base our assessments and treatments on current research-based knowledge and national clinical guidelines. In assessments of ADHD and autism spectrum conditions, we use validated instruments such as DIVA-5, AAA, ADOS-2, and RAADS-R where clinically relevant.
Confidentiality is paramount. All personal and health data is processed securely in compliance with GDPR and healthcare privacy regulations, using encrypted systems for both record keeping and communication.
